What we collect

Nothing at all while you run the eligibility comparison. It happens in your browser against criteria the page already carries, and nothing is transmitted.

If you send a form: your name, email address, and the optional details you chose to give — a phone number, your state, how far you could travel, the areas you ticked, any diagnosis you named, and anything you typed in the message box.

If you tick a message consent box: the exact wording you agreed to, the page you were on, the date and time, and the IP address the submission came from.

Why

To answer you, to compare you against studies that are open, and — only if you ask us to — to introduce you to one research site for one study.

The consent record exists so that a carrier or messaging aggregator can be shown that permission was given. It is never used to contact you.

Who sees it

The Norvia team. If you decide to go forward with a specific study, the details you agreed to share go to that one research site, and we tell you which one before it happens.

We do not sell, rent or share your details or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics script and no third-party tag on this site.

How long

Form submissions for two years. Consent records for four years, which is what carriers expect. Ask us and both go sooner, with one exception: a consent record survives a deletion request, because it is the only evidence that messaging you was permitted.

Your rights

Write to info@norviacc.com and ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, or an opt-out. We answer within 30 days and we do not ask you to justify the request.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Telling us first is usually quicker.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are checked for origin, rate-limited per address and signed with a server-side ticket before they are accepted. Mail is sent from the site's own domain so that it is covered by its SPF record.
