What we hold, where it goes, and how to get it back
While you use the check
Nothing. The comparison runs in your browser against criteria the page already carries. Close the tab and there is nothing to delete, because nothing was created.
If you send the form
Your name, your contact details, the areas you ticked, the state and travel distance you gave, any diagnosis you named, and anything you typed in the free text box.
If you tick a message box
The exact wording you agreed to, the page you were on, the date and the IP address. That record exists so that a carrier audit can be answered, and for no other reason.
Four things you can ask for, at any time, in one email
Write to info@norviacc.com and say which one. We do not ask you to prove a reason.
A copy
Everything we hold about you, in a form you can read, within 30 days.
A correction
Anything wrong, fixed. If we passed the wrong thing on, we tell whoever received it.
Deletion
Your record removed. The consent record is the one exception, and the next card says why.
An opt-out
Messages stopped. Reply STOP, or ask us, and it takes effect the same day.
The things people actually want to know
Do you sell my details?
No. Not to a data broker, not to a marketing company, not to a research site that has not been chosen by you. If that ever changed, it would be a different company and this page would say so.
Who sees the form when I send it?
The Norvia team. If you decide to go forward with a specific study, the details you agreed to share go to that one research site, and the page tells you which before it happens.
Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag on this site. Nothing follows you off it.
How long do you keep it?
Submissions for two years, so that we can answer a question about something you sent us. Consent records for four years, which is what carriers expect. Ask and both go sooner, with the exception described above.
