Programme description

Norvia Clinical Center operates two text message programmes, consented to separately: study matches, about studies that fit the answers you gave, and how research works, plain-language explainers about trials and consent. They are separate boxes and you may turn on either, both or neither.

How you opt in

By ticking an unticked consent box on norviacc.com and submitting your own mobile number, on the eligibility form, the notifications form or the contact form. We do not accept numbers collected anywhere else, bought from anyone, or entered by a third party.

Stored alongside the consent itself: the wording as it stood that day, which page it was given on, when, and the address it came from. Any of it can be produced on request.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies; you should expect no more than 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your carrier.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us on (719) 701-8266 or info@norviacc.com.

Not a condition

Consent to messages is not a condition of using this site, of being put forward for a study, or of taking part in one. Every form here works with both boxes left empty.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Sharing
